Apr. 10th, 2010 04:55 pmJust got home from over a week at Takangaroa, and I'm half "civilisation <333!) (in the pros: shower with pressure! Clothes! Shoes that aren't jandals! Cons: Laundry. Omg, so much laundry. And I don't even want to know how much grocery shopping I need to do.) and half "I want to go baaaack!" (Pros: sun! sea! relaxation! family! Cons: very little internet, clothes getting more raggedy by the day, family.)
But, I've taken the longest shower ever and put on clean clothes and I'm doing a load of laundry and fussed over my cat, and I'm about to try and catch up on a week's worth of internet.
(Except that my boyfriend just asked if I wanted to go over tonight, and even though I have all of livejournal ever to read and also my very own bed waiting for me, I'm going to go. Even though we just spent four days pretty much in each other's pockets on a private island. Omfg, I'm such a sap.)
But: hello world! Later, I will post pictures of BOB, the adorable large trumpet snail I made friends with!
