What shennanigans are these?

I haven't written much about my weight loss for two reasons: 1) some people are sensitive about such things and it can lead to comment wars and 2) there is NOTHING more boring than someone going on and on and on about diets and food and exercise.
Well, I have mentioned exercise a few times, but that's mostly because I'm actually coming to terms with the fact that I'm doing ANY, let alone jogging.
But, I have to write about this today because I am kind of confused. I have two pairs of Jeans West jeans in a size I know that I shouldn't fit until I've lost a few more kilos. These are jeans I bought years ago at the outlet and are the same size and style as ones I bought from the outlet years before that - they are the right style! They are the right length! (Harder than you'd think to find.) If I am able I will never buy any other style of jeans again because that would involve actually having to go into shops and try them on and some things are just too hard.
Before I started losing weight I could pull them on as far as one thigh. I tried them on again last week and while I could technically do them up I couldn't actually breathe and I had not so much a muffin-top as a whole bakery.
I tried them on today and...they're fine. I can do them up, I can breathe (SWEET OXYGEN!) and they look fine. I ATE THREE PIECES OF CAKE YESTERDAY WHAT GIVES?!?!
(Although, yay, I have jeans that fit I won't actually need to buy more since I'm now able to pull off my old pairs without undoing them at all.)
