Because I'm in an obnoxiously good mood today

Things that make me ineffably* happy:

• The crisp sound of a cold can of diet coke opening
• Wearing cute shoes. EVERY time you look down: cuteness!
• The smell of hot cross buns
• The smell of sea and petrol. This means BOATS.
• The day a new season of a favourite TV show premieres
• Unchipped nailpolish
• Foot rubs
• Puppies
• A really good pen (and no, I didn't miss a couple of letters there. I really <3 stationery!) And so:
• SMIGGLE
• Bears, and stories about their scrapes and mischief
• Tamora Pierce books: total comfort reading
• Good hair days
• Learning a new and interesting etymology
• Writing something really prettily, like when my handwriting achieves awesomeness of form and elegance
• Bacon
